Delivery Driver

Entry-level position starts at part-time.

Our busy Chippy Chicks are currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Delivery Driver. Operators will be responsible for providing timely delivery of rentals to predetermined locations, reviewing orders before delivery, loading and unloading orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job responsibilities and requirements:

  • Driver’s License and a clean driving record

  • Willingness to travel and weekend availability

  • Safely pack, load, and unload rentals

  • Lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motions

  • Maintain ongoing communication with team members and clients to guarantee orders are delivered safely and within the designated time

  • Must possess customer service skills and a professional attitude

  • Unload rentals per client specifications

  • Tackle set-up with your team members — assembling furniture, sanitization, and cleanliness.

  • Review pick-ups to ensure rental items are returned the way they were dropped off and not damaged

Stockroom

Entry-level position starts at part-time.

The heart of Chippy White Table is our stockroom. Stockroom team members take care of inventory flow from our storage locations to the delivery process. Requisite responsibilities include organizing inventory, preparing orders, washing dishes, and sanitation. A high level of efficiency and engagement is imperative while performing inventory upkeep. Team members should be able to communicate specifications to co-workers, orally and in writing.

Job responsibilities and requirements:

  • Stockroom requires the handling of inventory and supplies. Duties may also include ladder climbing, lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motions

  • Maintain the condition of rentals and minimize wear and tear. Repairing products if possible

  • Packing rentals safely with proper encasing and wrap

  • Inventory upkeep and sanitation. Washing dishware, cutlery, drinkware, and serveware; dusting and wiping down furniture; vacuuming and steam-cleaning upholstery

  • Organize the stockroom and provide accurate labeling, logical placement, and neat arrangement

  • Efficient time management handling, and managing the inventory and supplies in an organized manner

  • Check rental deliveries for accuracy, and verify quantity received matches the client’s order

  • Participate in periodic inventory audits. Keep records of inventory counts

Stylist

Entry-level position starts at part-time.

Chippy White Table comes in for the finishing touches to elevate events and tell our client's story. We are looking for a talented, well-organized stylist to join our team. Key assets are creativity, confidence, strong client services, and communication skills. Candidates should be knowledgeable about current and emerging trends. Every venue we service has different virtues and demands. The ability to develop a plan but also improvise within a diverse framework is crucial. Our stylist team shares duties with the stockroom and deliverers.

Job responsibilities and requirements:

  • Prior experience with customer service

  • Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high-level of professional maturity

  • Tackle set-up with your team members – assembling furniture, sanitizing, and cleanliness

  • Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines

  • Collaborate with our lead design team

  • Help prep for client presentations, gather samples and measure furniture

  • Willingness to travel and weekend availability
