OUR PURPOSE
There are so many moving parts to design, and Chippy White Table wants to do them for you beautifully. With constant creativity and patience, we can trasform any space into a beloved memory. We love to build a connection with our clients. Schedule your first consultation through our website, and a Chippy Chick will reach out to plan an in-person visit to our showroom or meet through zoom.
Whether cool contemporary or dreamy bohemian, Chippy chicks will choreograph within your frame utilizing previously selected items from our collection. Most of our pieces are sisters, not twins. However, that does not mean your event will look mismatched. We incorporate cohesive furnishings and decor to reflect your style.
Chippy Chicks are accomplished at being quick on their feet with refined eye and creative passion. We believe design is in the details and strive to cultivate a balanced and inviting space. On the day of your event, we will artfully stage lounges and tabletops to create a delicate composition for your photo-worthy moments.

DOES NOT INCLUDE
Our service does not provide floral design, selected of floral color palette, flowers, or greenery. We recommend working with a florist who has the proper materials at their disposal.
We are not responsible for the cost of linens i.e. table runners, tablecloths, cloth napkins, etc. However, we can suggest a retailer that best suits your needs.
Styling services are offered separately.
TIMELINE
At this time, we will discuss any changes and schedule a venue visit or a walkthrough of Chippy White Table’s showroom.
We will check in to confirm specifications and go over final alterations to your order to ensure all the special details are in place.
Final payment is due no later than 14 days before your event. We will need to know the final headcount, number of tables, etc.
Confirm your scheduled rental delivery and setup times. Our driver and unloaders will need to know about parking at your event location plus, your vendors' arrival times, and any factors that might affect a smooth and seamless setup.
If you plan to pick up your own rental order, we will confirm the time and date, as we do not have regular hours.

RATES
Design cost starts at 50% of your total rental amount and must be reserved when your contract is signed. The design fee will reflect the number of rentals booked for your event.
Day-of-styling is an additional 30% of the total rental cost.
If you do not require design assistance, create a Wishlist of your desired rentals, and we will reply with a quote. We can style and set up rentals without designing your event. Minimums do apply.
POLICIES
Deposits and damage waivers are nonrefundable.
Clients have up until 90 days out from an event to make any changes. After that point, we allow swaps for items of equal or greater value or rental additions. Items removed after the 14-day mark will not be refunded.
All of our orders contain an 8% nonrefundable inclusive damage protection and cleaning fee. This allows you to not enjoy your event without the stress of guests having too good of a time and possible mishaps. Our damage waiver will usually cover most typical damage that might incur.
Exceptions apply to irreversible damage. Any damage beyond the 8% protection fee and/or missing items will be the client’s responsibility. If the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at three to five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. If the item is fixable, the client will be liable for the repair cost.
All dishware must be returned scraped of food debris, rinsed, and placed in provided dish racks.
A client’s contract may be terminated at any time by either party due to outstanding circumstances caused by an uncontrollable, unfortunate event. If the client terminates the contract, including event cancellation for any reason other than an outstanding circumstance, no refunds of amounts received will be given for any reason.
If Chippy White Table must terminate the contract due to an outstanding circumstance, deposits will be refunded and every effort will be made to refer a client to another rental company.
This contract may be terminated by Chippy White Table if a client fails to make payment at the required deadline.
